Richard Vuduc is an Associate Professor in the School of Computational Science and Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), part of the College of Computing. His research focuses on high-performance computing (HPC), algorithms, performance engineering, and their applications in numerical simulation and data analysis. He leads the HPC Garage research lab and has held roles such as Associate Chair and Director of graduate programs in his department. He has received notable awards including the NSF CAREER Award, Gordon Bell Prize (2010), and teaching excellence recognition.
