Richard Van Slyke

Richard Van Slyke serves as Adjunct Professor in the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate at UCF's College of Business. A retired Vice President of Anheuser-Busch/InBev corporate real estate, he brings 23 years of industry experience in land development and asset management.

Professional achievements include leading Florida's first privately financed interstate highway interchange (SeaWorld/I-4) and International Drive Extension development. Currently teaches Real Estate Development and Advanced Topics courses, integrating practical insights on project financing, regulatory approvals, and market analysis. Holds Florida licenses in real estate brokerage, instruction, and professional engineering.
