Richard Seamon is the Margaret Schimke Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Idaho College of Law. He holds positions in both Moscow and Boise campuses. His teaching focuses on Administrative Law, Agricultural Law, Conflicts of Law, and Constitutional Law. He earned a J.D. from Duke University and M.A. and B.A. degrees from Johns Hopkins University.
