Richard Rottenburg is a Professor of Science and Technology Studies at WiSER (Wits School of Governance) at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He maintains an affiliation with Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where he founded the LOST Research Network (Law, Organization, Science and Technology).
