Richard Norby

Richard Norby is a Research Professor in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Carleton College (1972) and a Ph.D. in Forestry and Botany from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1981). His research focuses on ecosystem and global change ecology, particularly the effects of CO2 enrichment on forest metabolism, nutrient cycling, and plant physiological responses to environmental changes.
