Dr. Richard Maundrell is an Associate Professor and Chair of Philosophy at Lakehead University, where he has been teaching since 1985. He earned his PhD from the University of Waterloo in 1992.
Research Interests: Critical thinking and bioethics form the core of his scholarly work. His publications appear in journals such as The University of Toronto Quarterly, Dialogue, Teaching Business Ethics, McGill Journal of Law and Health, and Impact Ethics.
Current Teaching: Courses include Logic, Philosophy of Mind, Biomedical Ethics, Existentialism and Phenomenology, and Fourth Year Senior Seminars on Anglo-American and Continental Philosophy.
