Richard MARCOTTE is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the Department of Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, and Immunology at Université de Montréal. His contact email is richard.marcotte@umontreal.ca.
Research Focus: Dr. Marcotte's work centers on circRNA biology in pediatric cancers, particularly TCF3-PBX1 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). His current research project (2023–2025), co-led with Daniel Sinnett and Angela Gutierrez Camino, investigates circRNA dysregulation mechanisms and biomarker potential in childhood ALL.
