Professor Richard John is a leader in STEM Education at Griffith University, Queensland, Australia. He holds the position of Head of Chemistry and has previously served as Dean (Learning and Teaching) at Griffith Sciences Group. His roles include Project Lead for the Queensland STEM Education Network (QSEN), Griffith Science Education Alliance (GSEA), and Science on the GO! program. He has authored over 60 research publications, three chemistry textbooks, and co-created the Suzie the Scientist and Millie the Mathematician early reader series.
