Richard Allcock

Richard Allcock is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia (UWA), affiliated with the School of Biomedical Sciences and the Department of Medical Science and Genetics. He holds roles in both research and teaching, including managing the LotteryWest State Biomedical Facility Genomics at Royal Perth Hospital. His career includes postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, followed by a Lectureship in Surgery and Pathology at UWA. He has been instrumental in undergraduate curriculum development for the BSc Pathology major and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2009.
