Dr. Rich Whitney is a Professor and Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs and Research at the LaFetra College of Education, University of La Verne. His academic affiliations include roles in the Educational Leadership (MEd) and Organizational Leadership (EdD) programs, as well as membership in the University Management Council. He oversees faculty affairs and research initiatives, contributing to academic governance and institutional development.
Research Interests: His work focuses on leadership in educational institutions, organizational dynamics in higher education, and strategic management practices within universities. These areas align with his administrative roles and academic program leadership.
