Ricardo Alexandre Morais

Ricardo Alexandre Morais is an Assistant Professor of Management at Católica Porto Business School and Director of Idea Puzzle. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Porto. His interdisciplinary research focuses on Philosophy of Science, Strategic Management, and Design Thinking, with over 30 publications since 2002. He has lectured at 110 universities globally and is affiliated with the Philosophy of Science Association, Strategic Management Society, and Academy of Management.
