Dr. Ricarda Micallef is an Associate Professor in Pharmacy Practice at Kingston University's School of Life Sciences, Pharmacy and Chemistry. A registered pharmacist with industry experience, she joined Kingston in 2014 and focuses on integrating practice insights into academia. She holds a PhD in Pharmacy Education (2021) and serves as Co-Chair of the University's Athena Swan Self-assessment team.
