Ria Nicoletti Morphitou

Ria Nicoletti Morphitou serves as Associate Lecturer in Marketing and Management at the University of Nicosia's School of Business, Department of Management, while concurrently directing the university's Recruitment Unit. With fifteen years of professional consultancy experience advising major Cypriot private and semi-government organizations, she bridges academic theory with industry practice in marketing and human resources.
