Ria Arnold

Associate Professor Ria Arnold holds a dual academic appointment as Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor at the University of Wollongong (UoW) within the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences, part of the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health. She also serves as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UNSW Sydney and has a clinical affiliation with Sydney Local Health District. Her research focuses on leveraging exercise interventions to improve health outcomes for individuals with advanced chronic conditions, particularly kidney disease and diabetes. This translational research spans preclinical studies, randomized controlled trials, and healthcare system optimization.
