Rhonda Maneval, PhD, DEd, RN, ANEF, FAAN, is the Interim Provost and Dean of the College of Health and Wellness and School of Nursing at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Pennsylvania State University and has received numerous national and state awards for her leadership and contributions to nursing education.

Her publications from 2018–2023 address topics such as transgender patient care simulations, mobile technology in nursing, and pandemic-related workforce stressors.
