Rhonda Franklin

Rhonda Franklin is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the College of Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Institute for Engineering in Medicine. Her research focuses on microelectronic mechanical structures (MEMS) applied to RF/microwave systems for wireless, mobile, and satellite communications, with emphasis on innovative design, fabrication, and testing of planar circuits and antennas. She contributes to education through classroom instruction, CAD training, hands-on laboratories, and web-based learning methods.
