Rhonda Andrews

Rhonda Andrews is an Associate Professor of Social Work and Director of Practicum Education for the Master of Social Work Program at George Fox University. She holds professional credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Registered Play Therapy Supervisor (RPT-S). Her expertise spans play therapy, adoption, child welfare, attachment theory, and equine-assisted therapy through the EAGALA model.

Her practice includes private therapy since 2007, specializing in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and conducting field trainings on this model. Key research themes involve therapeutic interventions for vulnerable populations, child welfare systems, and innovative clinical practices.
