Retha Wiesner is Professor of Human Resource Management at UniSQ's School of Business and leads the Women in Rural Enterprises (WiRE) research program. Her $5M+ projects build entrepreneurship capacity across regional Australia through industry partnerships.
Research examines SME resilience, leadership in remote contexts, and gender-inclusive business models. Authored 11 management textbooks and 80+ research articles on organizational behavior.
