Renee Jelly is a Senior Lecturer in Forensic Science at Murdoch University's School of Medical, Molecular and Forensic Sciences. Her research focuses on improving forensic evidence detection, collection, and preservation through operational applications. She holds a PhD in Applied Chemistry from Curtin University (2011) and a Bachelor of Forensic Science (Hons) from Deakin University (2006).

Research Interests: Forensic Investigation, Forensic Chemistry, Crime Scene Investigation methodologies, Bloodstain Pattern Analysis techniques, and advanced methods for Fingerprint Detection and Enhancement on challenging surfaces.
