Renée Ferrari

Renée Ferrari, PhD, MPH, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the University of North Carolina's Gillings School of Global Public Health, and a Research Scientist at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. She holds a PhD and MPH in Maternal and Child Health from UNC Gillings.

Her research focuses on maternal and child health, with a particular emphasis on public health systems and cancer-related health outcomes. Recent work includes examining the psychological and emotional toll on mothers in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).
