Remzi BEŞTAŞ, MD is an Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at the Faculty of Medicine, Üsküdar University. He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2000, completed his Internal Medicine specialization in 2008, and obtained his Gastroenterology specialization in 2012. He achieved Associate Professorship in 2022.
His clinical expertise includes advanced procedures such as Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, PEG tube placement, Gastric balloon application, ESD/EMR, ERCP, ARMA reflux treatment, and EUS. He has authored numerous domestic and international publications and actively participates in professional development programs.
Research interests focus on gastroenterological interventions and endoscopic techniques. His work emphasizes minimally invasive treatments for gastrointestinal disorders, with contributions to both clinical practice and academic publishing.
