Dr. Reginald D. Freeman is an Adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University, Anna Maria College, and the University of Florida. He currently serves as Fire Chief for the City of Oakland, CA, managing 400+ personnel and responding to 60,000+ annual emergency calls. His career includes leadership roles in Hartford, CT, Lockheed Martin, and the U.S. Department of Defense in Iraq (2004-2008).
