Regina Dittmann

Regina Dittmann is a Professor at RWTH Aachen University and a Guest Researcher at LINXS. She leads a research group focused on atomically controlled growth of oxides, memristive devices, and neuromorphic circuits, operating the Electronic Oxides Cluster Laboratory (EOC). Her work specializes in spectroscopic analysis of memristive device mechanisms and failures.

She earned a degree in Physics from the University of Cologne (1990) and a PhD in Physics from the University of Gießen (1994). Currently, she contributes to the New Materials Working Group 5 (Nanostructures and Interfaces) as a LINXS Fellow.
