Reetika Revathy Subramanian is a Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia's School of Global Development, specializing in gender, climate adaptation, and labour migration in South Asia. She holds a PhD and MPhil from the University of Cambridge and an MA from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
