Reem Alansari

Dr. Reem Alansari is a Lead Researcher at the Center of Excellence in Healthcare Simulation Research (REBEL Lab) within the MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston. She holds a unique multidisciplinary background as a board-certified radiologist, medical educator, and simulation specialist. Since 2018, she has served as a senior simulation instructor at her local institution in Bahrain, pioneering the role of the first female simulationist in the country.

Education includes a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (Saudi Arabia), a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Diagnostic Radiology from Salmaniya Medical Complex (Bahrain), a Master of Medical Education (MME) from Harvard Medical School, and a PhD in Health Professions Education with a focus on simulation-based education from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
