Rebekah Zhuraw is an Associate Professor in the College of Liberal Arts at Temple University, affiliated with the Intellectual Heritage program. Her research explores intersections of the arts, orality and literacy, and magico-religious belief. She holds a PhD and MA in Folklore from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MA in Poetry from Johns Hopkins University.
