Rebecca Staiger

Rebecca Staiger is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health. She also serves as Director of the Program in Health Economics at the Center for Health Management and Policy Research. Her research integrates health economics, health policy, and health services research to investigate healthcare access and outcomes for marginalized populations, particularly Medicaid enrollees.

She was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University from 2019 to 2023.
