معرفی
Rebecca Nicholls is an Associate Professor of Materials Modelling at the University of Oxford, where she serves as an EPSRC Fellow in Materials for Energy Applications. Her research bridges advanced electron microscopy and quantum mechanical simulations to study functional materials at the nanoscale.
- Focus areas include energy applications, carbon nanomaterials, transparent conducting oxides, nuclear materials, and fuel cell catalysts
- Collaborates with Oxford Materials, Engineering, Chemistry, Cambridge, UCL, SuperSTEM, and Johnson Matthey
- Key methodological contributions to core-loss spectroscopy, EXAFS data fitting, and machine learning for phase transitions
