Dr. Rebecca L Garner is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington's College of Nursing & Health Innovation. She has over 18 years of experience at UTA, focusing on public health education and advocating for individuals with physical disabilities. She led the development of the BS Public Health Program and currently oversees its accelerated online version. Her teaching spans undergraduate and doctoral nursing programs.
