Rebecca Johnson is an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, affiliated with the Massive Data Institute. She holds a 2022 NAEd/Spencer Postdoctoral Fellowship and is affiliated with the American Bar Foundation and the federal Office of Evaluation Sciences.
