Rebecca Huskey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Classics and Letters at the University of Oklahoma. She holds a doctoral degree in Religious Studies from the University of Iowa, specializing in 19th-20th century European thought. Her research bridges philosophy, theology, and literature, with recent focus on hope in the works of Sherman Alexie. She teaches courses like Classical Mythology and 'The Examined Life' series, which integrates literary and philosophical analysis with historical contexts.

Her scholarly interests include continental philosophy (particularly Paul Ricoeur), intersections of religion and literature, and Indigenous narratives.
