Rebecca Gregson is a Senior Research Associate and ESRC Postdoctoral Fellow at Lancaster University, focusing on pathways toward sustainable diets and plant-forward dietary transitions. As a member of the Social Processes Lab, her work intersects with social psychology, identity dynamics, and environmental behavior. She completed her PhD at Lancaster in March 2024, funded by an ESRC CASE Studentship award in partnership with Greenpeace International, and held a postdoctoral role at the University of Kent on a Leverhulme-funded project examining identity rhetoric in online political messaging.
