Rebecca Crane is a Professor at Bangor University's School of Psychology and Sport Science, directing the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice since its founding in 2001. She teaches internationally in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), focusing on implementation integrity in practice settings.
