Prof. Raymond Tung is a faculty member at Brooklyn College, CUNY, in the Department of Physics. He has extensive experience in experimental solid-state physics, previously spending 20 years as a research scientist at Bell Laboratories.

Research Interests
Prof. Tung's work focuses on semiconductor interfaces, epitaxial growth of electronic materials, and electrical/structural characterizations. He has recently explored theoretical physics, developing models to explain Schottky barrier height and band offset phenomena in semiconductors.
Courses
He teaches undergraduate courses like Physics 1150, 2100, 3100, 3200, and 4100 Analytical Mechanics, along with graduate-level topics in nanoscience and solid-state physics.
