Raymond March is a Research Assistant Professor at the Free Market Institute of Texas Tech University and the Christopher Culp Professor of Economics at the Norris-Vincent College of Business at Angelo State University. Dr. March earned his Ph.D. in agricultural and applied economics from Texas Tech University.
