Ravindra Joshi is a Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University's Whitacre College of Engineering. His research spans pulsed power, high power microwaves, semiconductor modeling, and bio-electrics, with a focus on high-field transport phenomena.
