Ravi Prakash Vyas is a Lecturer at the University of Sydney Law School, specializing in public international law and foundations of law. His research examines China and India's approaches to international peace and security, United Nations operations, and technology applications in human rights education. He holds leadership positions at the Global Campus of Human Rights and the Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia.
His research interests span international law, human rights, peace and security frameworks, United Nations systems, business-human rights intersections, and AI applications in human rights education. Current projects include 'Innovating Human Rights Education through Technology in Asia-Pacific (2024-2027)'.
Publications focus on human rights implementation mechanisms, regional developments in Asia-Pacific democratization, and legal frameworks for business and human rights. Recent works analyze data privacy regulations, treaty impacts, and state practices across Asian jurisdictions.
