Rashmi H. Assudani serves as Dean of the School of Business and Professor of Management at Siena University. She previously held leadership roles including Associate Provost for Academic Affairs at Xavier University and Department Chair of Management & Entrepreneurship at Xavier’s Williams College of Business. An American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow, her career spans academia and industry, with earlier roles at McGill University and corporations like Citibank and McCann Erickson.
