Raquel Guzmán Ordaz is an Associate Professor at the University of Salamanca, affiliated with the Department of Sociology and Communication. She is a member of the GIR-Diversitas research group focused on inclusion, diversity, and gender policies, and serves as academic coordinator for the MOOC 'Equality and Women's Empowerment' under the University of Salamanca Foundation. Her career spans interdisciplinary work in sociology, gender studies, and public policy analysis.
