Randy Mullins is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the American College of Pharmacy. His career spans clinical practice, education, and leadership in healthcare quality improvement. A certified educator in Asthma and Diabetes by the University of Tennessee, he combines academic rigor with community impact.

His work in long-term care pharmacy and botanical medicine highlights his interdisciplinary approach.
He has contributed to pharmacy practice through presentations at National ASHP meetings and publications on Pain Management in Long Term Care. His leadership roles in the Governor’s Tennessee Quality Award (state-level Malcolm Baldridge Award) underscore his commitment to healthcare excellence.
