Randy McCaslin is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston's College of Global Hospitality Leadership. He combines over 40 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry with teaching, offering expertise in hotel consulting and asset management. His roles include Founder & CEO of McCaslin Hotel Consulting, LLC, and active participation in the Hilton College Dean’s Advisory Board.

- M.B.A. in Accounting, University of Houston
- Completed 30 semester hours at Hilton College
Research & Expertise: Randy specializes in market and financial feasibility studies for hotels ranging from limited-service to luxury full-service properties, with a focus on medical-related hotels and independent boutique projects. His work emphasizes asset management strategies for full-service hotel ownership and consulting frameworks for hospitality operations.

Professional Contributions: Randy has taught hotel consulting in the College’s Global Master’s Program and contributed to financial projections for the University of Houston's Hilton hotel expansion. He served on the Hilton College Strategic Planning Committee and held leadership roles in the Hilton College Alumni Board, including past president.
