Randa Shehab, Ph.D., is a Professor and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development at the Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma. She also serves as director of the Sooner Engineering Education Center and co-founder of the Data Science and Analytics MS Program, while being a member of the Research Institute for STEM Education (RISE).

Her research focuses on engineering education, particularly advancing equity and diversity in engineering student populations, and cognitive ergonomics, including human-system integration and spaceflight ergonomics research since 1992.
