Rand Gerges Yammine is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Innovation & Entrepreneurship group at Imperial College Business School and an Assistant Professor at ESCP Business School Paris. She specializes in digital entrepreneurship, interorganizational networks, and creativity, with a focus on Design Thinking methodologies.
- Education: PhD in Management from EMLYON Business School
Her research explores entrepreneurial networking behaviors, open innovation, and interfirm collaboration. She has received grants from the National Science Foundation and the American Foundation (Allyage) to support her work. Rand also consults for tech and luxury startups, convening Design Thinking workshops and collaborating with high-growth ventures in Silicon Valley and Paris.
