Ran Tessler is a professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. His research focuses on mathematical physics and its interdisciplinary applications.
His primary interests include:
- Open Gromov-Witten (GW) and Fan-Jarvis-Ruan-Witten (FJRW) theories
- Scattering amplitudes and amplituhedra
- Conformal field theory and conformal bootstrap
- Solvable models in statistical mechanics
