Ramona Kusche

Ramona Kusche is a Professor at the Faculty of Media, Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. She leads major projects including NextGen (2021-2027, €5.2M), FioKo (2023-2024, €1.3M), Eureca-PRO (2020-2023, €4.988M), and GAP (2020-2022). Her work focuses on intercultural communication, digital competencies, gender representation in STEM, and academic staff development.
