Ramona Bullik

Ramona Bullik, Dr. phil., serves as Advisor in the Rector's Office at Universität Bielefeld since September 2024. Previously, she held a Postdoc position (2022–2024) in the DFG-funded project 'Religious Development over the Lifespan' and was a Research Associate at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Religion and Society (CiRRuS). She earned her doctorate in 2021 with a dissertation on 'Leitmotifs in Life Stories,' examining narrative identity and religiosity across adulthood.

• Education: Studies in Linguistics, Literature, and Psychology (2001–2006), Universität Bielefeld.

Her research focuses on religious development across the adult lifespan, narrative identity reconstruction, and autobiographical reasoning. She has advised students in Theology and contributed to editorial work for the Archive for the Psychology of Religion.

Currently affiliated with the Research Center for Interdisciplinary Religious Studies (RICIRS), her work bridges psychology and theology, emphasizing longitudinal studies of religious beliefs and life story analysis.
