Ramin Shahzadi is a Researcher and Doctoral student at the Institute of Iranian Studies within the Department of History and Cultural Studies at Freie Universität Berlin.
His academic work centers on Zoroastrian religious traditions and Iranian cultural history, with specialized expertise in Avestan texts and Middle Persian literature. Shahzadi contributes to major scholarly initiatives including the Avestan Digital Archive (ADA) and Corpus Avesticum Berolinense (CAB), focusing on pre-Islamic religious traditions and legal systems in Iran.
Currently teaching "Zoroastrianism I" for the Winter Semester 2024/2025, he conducts weekly seminars on Tuesdays from 14:00-16:00 in room 1.2058 at Fabeckstr. 23/25, covering 16 sessions from October 15, 2024 to February 11, 2025. His office is located in room 1.1018 at the Institute of Iranian Studies.
