Ram Krishnan

Ram Krishnan, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he holds the Microsoft President’s Endowed Professorship. He serves as Executive Director of the Institute for Cyber Security (ICS) and holds the Lutcher Brown Endowed Chair in Cyber Security. Additionally, he is the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies in the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design.

Ram Krishnan's research focuses on computer security and cybersecurity, including network security and information assurance. His work is supported by his leadership roles at the Institute for Cyber Security and through endowed chairs recognizing his expertise.
