Raluca Grosescu

Raluca Grosescu is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science, National School of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), affiliated with the Department of Political Science and European Studies. Her work bridges political sociology, international law, and transnational advocacy networks.

Her research focuses on Post-Dictatorial Justice, Business and Human Rights, and the evolution of International Criminal Law. She has authored a monograph on justice and memory in Latin America and Central Eastern Europe and co-edited a volume on transitional criminal justice.

Current projects include:

• Transnational Advocacy Networks and Corporate Accountability for Major International Crimes (ERC Consolidator Grant, 2021-2026)
• The Role of State Socialist Countries of Central Eastern Europe in the Development of International Law after 1945 (UEFISCDI Grant, 2021-2024)

She teaches courses on Business and Human Rights and Memory after Dictatorships, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches to justice in post-conflict societies.
