Ralph So is a Lecturer at TIAS (School of Business), specializing in healthcare quality and safety, rapid response systems, and medical human resource management. He has held clinical and leadership roles at the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Dordrecht since 2001, serving as medical chief quality officer for the department Quality, Safety & Innovation since 2009.
